Learn to Make Holiday Fare at ChefScape

Grab your significant other, a relative or bestie and enjoy a glass of wine and great camaraderie as you make fall/winter favorites you’ll want to eat all year long!

You will make:
Arugula, fennel and orange salad, grilled halibut with miso glaze, apple cranberry galette

Cost of class includes one beverage per person with choice of: White or Red Wine, or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice – Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, or Sparkling Water. The class costs $75/person.

Modifications can be made for kids with dietary restrictions or preferences. Please message instructor Cindy Selby here: cindyselby@gmail.com to indicate this after signing up for the class.

ALLERGY ALERT: Participants are responsible for making ChefScape staff aware of any allergies at the time of booking and at the time of class. For the safety of everyone, ALL ALLERGIES (mild to severe) must be listed including the severity and nature (topical, air-borne, or ingestion) of each allergy. Participants will be touching every ingredient during the session. Therefore, any topical allergies must be identified as such. Subsequently, participants are responsible for providing and applying appropriate and necessary remedies or medications in the event they experience an allergic reaction.
