Bartender Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide and excellent guest experience. Professional bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate plus tips.

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
  • Interact with guest, take orders, serve libations and food.
  • Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations accordingly
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Present bar menus and describe items to guest
  • Check customers Identification and confirms it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nuture guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations Requirements
  • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Experience with Micros preferred

PM Kitchen Manager
Smokehouse Live in Leesburg, Virginia is hiring a full-time kitchen manager for the evening shift. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for insuring that all kitchen functions are completed to company standards. This will include but not be limited to; food purchasing, receiving, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, safety, sanitation and cleanliness, inventory, training staff, assisting with general function of the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled employee and management meetings. KM should be bringing suggestion and improvement plans to each meeting
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policy and procedure concerning personnel, and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any violations of company policy
  • Oversee evening staff to insure preparation, service, and closes are done to company policy and standards
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure that all food and food products are consistently prepared and served per recipe, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • Assist with ordering, and inventory of food and food products
  • Control food cost and usage by following proper requisition of food products from storage procedures, standards recipes and waste control procedures including checking and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean, and in excellent working conditions through personal inspection and by following the restaurants preventive maintenance programs
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance are followed
  • Oversee the training and operation of all kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Work with Sales and Catering to ensure excellent execution of banquets and event food service


  • No less than 3 years’ experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Possess strong organization and decision making skills
  • Work well in fast paced setting
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in standing position for long periods of time
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits are a must
  • Eager to learn
  • A love for good Barbeque, great bands, and fantastic beverages
