PR Running New Late Spring/Summer Training Programs!

PR Running is ready to get training this spring with their next round of training programs! It doesn’t matter if you’re an avid runner, or are just dusting off your sneakers from last year, there’s a program for everyone!

Running 101 Training Program (5/14/18): Running 101 is back to help you get started or take that next step in your training. It’s okay if you can’t run more than a couple minutes without a break. They welcome anyone nervous or unsure!

Running 201 (5/14/18): Running 201 is designed to build your endurance and improve your performance. Great prep for a Summer Distance Program, those spring races, or just to keep yourself motivated!

Distance Training Program (6/9/18): Prep for the Army Ten Miller, Marine Corps Marathon or another fall race with weekend group runs and an optional weekday workout! There’s a place for everyone in their programs!
